this was my conversation this morning with jacob on our way to school.
me: "are you my baby?"
jacob: "no! i'm not a baby!"
me: "well, are you at least my little boy?"
jacob: "no! i'm not little!"
me: "well, what are you?"
jacob: "i'm big now!"
so, there you have it. he is no longer my baby or even my little boy. he is just big!
